Shipping and costs
1. Our orders are usually processed within 1-5 working days of receiving your order request, unless it is otherwise stated in the product listing (e.g high demand of a product will delay processing.) We try our very best to process all orders the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
2. Orders are processed and packaged in Berlin.
3. Unfortunately, the availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email as soon as we can – usually within 24 hours.
4. All of our orders are shipped via a reliable and stable courier service with a shipping number, which will be sent to you soon after your purchase has been processed by our system.
5. You, as the buyer, will receive a shipment confirmation email along with the shipping tracking number, which you should keep as your reference number.
6. A signature will be required on receival of your package.
7. The expected arrival date for German shipments is 3-5 working days from the day of the confirmation of your order.
8. The expected arrival date for all European shipments is 5-7 working days from the day of confirmation of your order.
9. The expected arrival date for international countries and further afield European countries is 6-21 working days from the day of confirmation of the order.
10. In our experience, it is an unlikely occurrence for anything to go wrong with your shipment. However, if you require extra insurance on your purchase or wish for next day delivery, this can be arranged at an extra cost so please enquire at the time of your purchase and we will be happy to accommodate you.
11. For oversea orders, a customs duty might be charged on your package, depending on the country in which you reside. Farrah Floyd is not responsible for payment of this duty tax as it is imposed by the country and not anything to do with the company.
12. The prices are indicated in EUR and are including 19% VAT.
Shipping is non-refundable and paid by the customer.
— Shipping to Germany
with DHL / German Post: 7,00 EUR.
— Shipping to Europe
with DHL / German Post for all orders: 14,00 EUR.
— Shipping Outside EU
with DHL / German post from 21,00/ 27,00 EUR
(depending on country).
The costs of customs, or any tax is strictly the responsibility of the buyer. Farrah Floyd does not cover any additional costs.
1. If you are unhappy with your Farrah Floyd garment (we hope you won’t be!) we will happily exchange any full price item if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your item and return it to us within 14 days of receipt of your online order. We will only accept items that have not been worn or washed.
2. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be strictly unworn and have their original packaging and tags still attached.
3. There is no refund for sale items, or custom-made pieces.
4. Please note that only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, any other items returned in an unacceptable condition to us will be returned to the customers at their own cost. We reserve the right to decide if the item has been kept in its original condition, or not.
5. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Farrah Floyd does not take responsibility for returned shipping costs nor custom duties taxes in the case of international purchases.
Your refund will be processed as soon as possible but please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements as stated in the conditions above.

Replacing an Item
1. If you would like to replace an item with another, (e.g if you need a different size) we ask you to pay for the registered shipping costs to us and back again to you. We cannot cover these costs as it is through no fault of our own.
2. If an item is delivered back to us without a tracking number and is subsequently lost in the post it unfortunately means that we cannot refund your money.
3. Our sizes are 36, 38, 40 and One Size Fits All and are stated beside each product. Please note that a lot of our pieces are cut in an oversized fashion and therefore are a large fit on the body, so please read the product descriptions to find out the size that you need to purchase. If not stated on our online shop, please do not hesitate to contact us for exact measurements of an item, especially if you are unsure about something before you purchase it, as you will have to pay all shipping costs to replace an item.
Custom Made Pieces
Please note that custom-made pieces are made to order per the requirements of the client. These pieces are non-refundable due to the extra time and care that goes into making them. As they are made to order, they are of a higher, non-negotiable price that reflects how much work is put in to each individual piece. Please understand that the production of these pieces can take up to 3 weeks and it may take up to one month (this is variable depending on the item) before you receive your specially made Farrah Floyd garment.
